Arqaam Capital Limited (Cayman Islands) is the ultimate parent company of the Arqaam Group. It is a “Registered Person” with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), allowing it to provide securities and investment services to its group affiliates (but not third parties).
Arqaam Capital Limited (DIFC)
Arqaam Capital Limited (DIFC) is a key operating subsidiary providing financial services in and from the Dubai International Financial Centre. It is authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) with a Category 2 License, which permits it to:

– Deal in Investments as Principal
– Deal in Investments as Agent
– Arrange Deals in Investments

– Arrange Credit and Advise on Credit
– Advise on Financial Products
– Manage Assets

– Arrange Custody
– Provide Custody
– Manage a Collective Investment Fund

In relation to Certificates, Debentures, Futures, Options, Shares, Structured products, Units and warrants. Arqaam DIFC also has endorsements allowing it to Conduct Islamic Financial Business by Operating an Islamic Window and to Hold and Control Client Assets.
